She was born on Halloween, October 31st, 1944 in Suffern, New York, to the late Ellwood Raymond Hamilton and Doris Virginia Woodruff Hamilton. Her parents both passed away before she was born. Miriam was adored in all of her roles, including that of wife, mother, sister, aunt, and friend.
All of the people who had the honor of getting to know her fell in love with her because of her exceptional sense of humor and her contagious personality. Miriam was noted for having a vivacious and daring personality, a trait that remained with her throughout her entire life.
for example, she continued to take pleasure in the exhilaration of riding rollercoasters well into her senior years. Her expertise in the kitchen was well-known, and she derived a great deal of pleasure from cooking delectable meals for her loved ones.
Miriam was a brilliant seamstress who created stunning clothing, especially dresses, for the people she cared about most in her life. She was a true creative spirit. She demonstrated her artistic abilities as a great watercolor artist, leaving behind works of art that will be appreciated for all time by her family and friends. Her legacy will live on in the art that she created.
She was an outstanding mother; despite the fact that she might be rather authoritarian at times, this trait always sprang from a deep well of love and a natural need to protect her children. All those who knew her were motivated in their own lives by her independent spirit, fierceness, and fearlessness.
Miriam’s parents and her loving and loyal husband of fifty-five years, Harold Crump, Sr., as well as her sister, Jeanette, passed away before she did. She leaves behind a legacy of love that will be cherished by her two children, including her daughter, Michelle Alsobrook, and her son, Harold Crump, Jr., along with his wife, Melissa.
Her memory will be treasured for all eternity by her two cherished grandkids, Alivia and Alijah Crump, as well as by her sister Virginia Yanz and her nephew Paul Yanz. In addition to her beloved fur baby, Bella, Miriam is survived by a large number of friends and other devoted members of her family who will miss her terribly and think about her often.
Miriam Rae Crump will be remembered for her fearless spirit, her creative abilities, her undying devotion to her family, and the indelible mark she left on the lives of everyone who had the honor of knowing and being influenced by her.
