Lisa Ciampa Obituary, Death – On Friday, February 10, 2019, Mr. Lisa James Ciampa, age 69, of Pepperell, previously of Saugus, lost his fight with cancer. He was surrounded by his family at the time of his passing, which occurred in peace. Mr. Ciampa was the son of Marilyn (Ohlson) Ciarletta of Wakefield and the late Carmine Ciampa. He was also the stepson of Joseph Ciarletta. Mr. Ciampa was born in Lynn, and he resided in Saugus for a period of time until coming to Pepperell 26 years ago.
In addition to his biological mother and stepfather, Mr. Ciampa is survived by his two children, James Ciampa of Pepperell and Amanda Kelly of Saugus; his cherished grandson, James, Jr.; two sisters, Gail Ciampa Spear and her husband Jim of New Hampshire and Dayle Ciampa-Goldstein and her husband Gary of Middleton; one brother, Kevin Ciampa of Saugus; and his niece, Lisa Ciampa and his nephew, Richard Goldstein. Mr. Leanne Fasano, who was his sister, passed away before he did.
Lisa, a graduate of Suffolk University, owned and maintained the family business, A-1 Auto, with the assistance of his son. He was well-known for his generosity, his wonderful sense of humor, and his commitment to his family. Vincent, who was also affectionately known as Harry and Jimmy, had a deep love for oldies music, particularly that of Elvis Presley. He was also a huge fan of corvettes and took his family on several vacations, including cruises, trips to Florida, and trips to Aruba.
