Joseph Ayala Obituary, Death – It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of Deputy First Class Joseph Ayala, a dedicated member of the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, who served our community with unwavering dedication for the past 17 years. Joseph’s journey came to an untimely end on August 28, 2023, at the age of 54.
Joseph’s story began in New York, but it was in Central Florida that he found his calling in law enforcement. He embarked on his career at the Orange County Corrections Department, later transitioning to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office in 2005. In recent years, he served with distinction in OCSO’s Court Security Section.
Joseph Ayala’s final act of service exemplified his selflessness. He chose to be an organ donor, a decision that will grant another family the precious gift of more time with their loved one.
Beyond his dedicated service, Joseph was a beloved husband and father. He leaves behind a legacy of deep love and commitment to his family that will forever be remembered.
