Libby’s life was marked by her unwavering dedication to her loved ones. She retired from her career at Whitten Center at the age of 50, choosing to spend her time caring for and nurturing her beloved grandchildren in her home. She took immense joy in attending their sporting activities, cheering them on with pride and love. Libby’s family, friends, and her constant companion, her special dog Roxy, were at the center of her heart.
She is survived by her loving husband, Earl E. McWatters, and her children, Austin McWatters and LeeAnn Campbell (Jeremy). Libby’s grandchildren, Talan Austin Campbell and Kamryn Elizabeth Campbell, were the lights of her life. She is also survived by her brother, Brian Keith Sanders.
In addition to her father, Libby was preceded in death by her brother, Terry Lee Sanders, nephew Brian Adam Sanders, and a special friend, Sherry Cogsdill. Libby’s memory will forever be treasured by those she touched.
The McWatters family extends their gratitude and love to the “Yaya’s,” their chosen family, who provided unwavering support and companionship.
