Claude Cormier Obituary, Death – The passing of Claude was on Monday, March 22, 2021, in the Hamilton General Hospital, and it is with great sadness that we share this news. Claude was in his 81st year when he passed away. For almost 53 years, he has been the much-loved husband of Karen (who used to be Messecar), and he is the much-loved father of Kristen. Happy to call himself “Papa” to Emma and Matthew.
Dedicated brother to Freda Chapin (Dan), Clairie (the late Denise), the late George (Eldona), Wencelas (Vicki), Muriel (Wendall) MacDougall, Shirley Henn (the late Rick), Pamela Munn (Craig), and Reggie Arthur (the late Howard). In addition to this, Claude’s parents Charles and Judith Cormier passed away before him. He leaves behind a large extended family as well as numerous friends who will remember him fondly. On Monday, March 29th, 2021, the family and friends of the deceased will be received at the TOLL FUNERAL HOME located at 55 Charing Cross Street in Brantford between the hours of 5 and 8 p.m.

At eleven in the morning on Tuesday, March 30, 2021, there will be a Christian burial service held at the St. Pius X Roman Catholic Church, which is located at 9 Waverly Street in Brantford. The cremation process has been completed. Because of COVID-19, people have to wear masks or other face coverings, and there will be mechanisms in place for social distancing.
