Angela Berryman Obituary, Death – Lawrence County Coroner Scott Norwood has identified the victim of the tragic incident that occurred on Wednesday night as 46-year-old Angela Berryman Hill Harville. She was pronounced dead at 7:10 p.m., and her body is currently undergoing an autopsy at the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences in Huntsville.
The incident unfolded when the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call about an unresponsive female around 6:30 p.m. The residence in question was located in the 2300 block of County Road 161 in Hatton. Upon their arrival, deputies discovered that the woman had sustained a gunshot wound to the head.
Following a thorough investigation, the sheriff’s office identified a suspect through their Criminal Investigations unit, who is now in custody at the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.
